Please keep in mind that both Google and Apple do incremental rollouts of new versions. This means that even though EA has posted a new version of the app to the stores, Google and Apple are only showing it for a small group of users. They gradually expand this group over time until all users can see it, which can take up to 24 hours. This is done in order to prevent hundreds of thousands - or even millions - of people all trying to download the update at the same time, which could potentially cause issues.
Long story short: if you don't see the update yet, it's not something EA has control over or can fix but be patient and keep checking throughout the day. You'll have it soon. At the latest, it should show up some time in August.

Any guild who gets rid of players for not having CLS is a guild not worth being a part of, you may be next when something is released into the game you don't get that the guild views as needed.
It would be a sad state of affairs if people get kick over luke. He only adds 10 bonus shop currency at the minute.
My old guild not accepting anyone unless you have CLS.
It's one thing not to accept new people without him but another to kick someone for not unlocking him. I'd leave my guild if they kicked people for that reason.
I think a guild with 50 CLS can get an extra 500 guild tokens for the new store. I'm guessing this is only a small bonus compared to the final reward so it's probably not worth kicking people for. In the end, you're going to do better in the battles with more people in your guild, not less. I think my guild has about 25/50 with CLS, I don't think that extra 250 points is going to make a huge difference to the final reward value.
