Tooltip check on "Health up"

What does " Health Up" actually do? Chewb gains this effect when he taunts, but there isn't any information on what it actually does? Help?

    I think it just boosts his Max Health by a % amount.

    This is useful for when he uses his Defiant Roar since it recovers 35% of his Max Health.
