I've been wondering for quite a while if there are any plans on improving the functionalities of the mail and chat system.

I'm the leader of a f2p guild with 42 mil gp and between 48 and 50 members and one thing that would be particularly helpful is being able to send emails to specific individuals.

Chat wise it would be nice to have a chat tab that only myself and my officers could see so I can Organize certain aspects of the game a little easier. It would also be nice if the character count of both the in guild message and out guild message so I can include a bit more info, perhaps a full personalized guild information page?

I'm aware there are 3rd party apps I could use to improve this however I'd much rather keep everything in house and most of my guild mates agree.
