Territory battle froze

In the middle of a battle my game froze. I've never had he game freeze up on me mid battle especially in a territory that can't be redone.

    Me too, my attack button stopped working, auto did nothing, and I couldn't open settings. I was on 3/6 in Rear Trenches. I could only close the game. When it reopened, it counted that battle as complete. Can this be addressed so my guild doesn't lose the point I would have earned? If I could post screenshots, I could prove this.

    So, no answer? A game driven by rewards earned when you complete tasks doesn't address errors regarding completing tasks?
