No daily Cantina Energy

Not sure if this is just me or if anyone else had an issue:
I logged in around 2:30 pm (pst) expecting my daily 12pm energy/cantina energy, but nothing was there. Just says the next catina is in 22 hours and regular energy in 3.
Do i just submit a missing content help ticket?
