To own Chimaeara is not to have accomplished owning it

Unlocked 7-star Chimaera, applied the blueprint, have a 7-star ship. The accomplishment for clearing tier VII of the event registered immediately, but he accomplishment for owning it did not. This is almost certainly a bug.

Please confirm.
