Is this a joke? Guild leaders and officers are expected to spend their Christmas doing TB? Please change this its unfair on both guild leaders and members of the guild to be expected to spend time on these days doing TB.
Not that you can see this... but why? DS TB is awful so everyone ignores it anyway, and it's just p1 and p2, so no biggie anyway. Just throw your g11/g12 teams in on auto, you'll lose in the 4th wave regardless.
People are going to be wanting to spend time with their families etc, not commit time to managing darkside tb which is the worst gamemode in the game anyway. But thats besides the point, its very unfair for the devs to think its a good idea to run guild events like this on chirstmas, where everyone is super busy

1) not everyone celebrates xmas. 2) not like you cannot do both. 3) no one has a gun to your head.
"Guild leaders and officers are expected to spend their Christmas doing TB?"
Why are you so egocentric, to assume every guild leader/officers are Christian? Even further, not all Christians celebrate Christmas on the same date (Orthodox for example are celebrate it 13 days after Catholics do). This is a world wide game...

This isn't egocentric, ethnocentric, or narrow minded to a religion. Businesses and governments in many countries across the world shut down for Christmas Eve and Christmas. They are secular holidays from a religious origin. Try to ease off other community members instead of blowing them up. It's a valid enough question to ask on the forums without getting attacked.
The question should be will the darkside TB even be fixed by then? The amount of bugs throughout and the payout problem is concerning to say the least...
Unless your guild has 20 6 and 7* Talzin, IPD, Woompa, and Starak just waiting for platoons, those last two days are going to have your squads flat lines in no time. Would take longer simming your dailies than TB battles.

Yes i'm actually aware of the definition. I'm also choosing to believe that the OP was not strictly considering their own feelings but also the feelings/perspective of, at a minimum, her own guild's officers and guild leader. Unless she is a guild leader with literally no officers, she is "having regard for the feelings or desires of others".

Personally I am off work for Christmas, and spending time with family gets boring eventually and there is plenty of downtime. More so than a work week.
Also, optional
Also, DS TB we aren't strategizing anyway since it is such a bumble ****. We just deploy and hope rewards pay out eventually
I have to agree with the OP. Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, a lot of others in the guild may. It's a day to spend with family, not glued to your phone. As such, whole guild performance suffers. Officers still have to manage/track/plan stuff, so that's a PITA. Decision to end it Christmas day was a very poor one.

Just relax. Don't blame game suppliers for your guilds expectations — or your own. If you or your guild don't accept slack and absence when reasonable it's your own choice.
What you are doing is like blaming TV suppliers for broadcasting good shows during christmas.

You’re just being finicky, you know what he meant, not everyone is a Christian, true, but a hell of a lot of people take a break at this time of year with their families, don’t get political in a Star Wars forum, it’s bad enough on Facebook.

Although I agree with the OP's point - the above comment is the best answer.

Bear in mind as well that not everyone celebrates Christmas. You don’t get mad that stuff happens between sundown Friday and sun up Saturday, do you?
.....: Works every time. You know, I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul to waste
And 0 rewards for others
It appears Christmas came early this year!!!
