Resistance and first-order shards in shipments

I believe that first order and resistance character shards should be available in the squad arena and galactic war store. To make it easier and faster for players to work on getting (Jedi Training Rey) also have 2xp on first order and resistance characters

    Galactic war store would make it far too easy, squad arena store could actually use a new character, and they already did a x2 thing for them

    Also getting Jedi Rey characters is fairly easy barring FOST and the darn vets. The vets make this the worst implemented event I've ever seen imo

    It’ll make it so much better for other people, not for the first order officer or the first order stormtroopers
