- Mod challenges unlock after you've completed Stage 3 of mod battles
- Completing Stages 1, 2, and 3 of both the Mod general Challenge and the Mod Jedi challenge will unlock various stages of the Mod Shop

Sadly no. The entire game takes place in a Cantina. The link you posted only provides information on Cantina battles. I'm looking for a list that shows what (if new features, if any, become available as you progress from level 1 to level 85).
I'm not sure, but levels 50-60 go by pretty quickly, so if it's level based, you'll probably hit it sometime soon.
But - and someone please correct me if I'm wrong - I thought that the mod packs were available once you activated the mod challenges. Activating those challenges means completing the Mod Battles stage for that mod type.
So you're going to have to finish at least Stage 1 of Mod Battles before you get any Mod Packs in the store, and even then you'll just be able to buy HealthMod Sets, and Health has the easiest mod challenge anyway. It won't be until you finish stage 4+ of Mod Battles that you would be able to buy interesting mod sets.
But cheer up: none of your arena competitors are going to have good mods at level 50 either, there's time for all of those things and focussing on only one aspect of the game (mods) always trades off poorer development in other areas (shards/ship blueprints among others).
Lvl 12 opens up Dark Side Battles
Lvl 18 opens up Allies
I *think* it was lvl 10 that opened up Shipments, but I'm not positive about that. I wasn't looking forward to it enough to memorize it like I was the two above.
I'm on 71. But just noticed that under the guild section on main floor something else has yet to be unlocked... what is it??
Methinks, that mayhaps so, it would be "Weekly Shipments", hm~? I'm too trying to figure-out its mystery shade/shadow at the\this moment in gamin', tbh..! 0v0;
