At only 100k, do you have any 7* characters? If not, it wouldn’t be in you best interest to join a HAAT as you wouldn’t be able to participate in the raids and therefor you wouldn’t get any raid gear.

You might be better served finding a guild that is at 50/50 and does regular raids regularly.
