Christmas/New Year rewards clarification
I don't remember when it was exactly but there was a gift of ability mats given to all players including zetas. I remember when I reached a certain level I was retroactively given the Omegas. Now I'm wondering which level I need to reach to attain the zeta mats? Did anyone under 85 receive them?

It was for the two year anniversary. If there is mention of a time limit I can't see it in the update notes.
