What and When?
When is the next Palpatine event? and do the rebel requirements extend to phoenix and Rogue One and 7/8, or do they just stay within the 4,5,6 movie rebels

As for when, nobody knows for sure, but Palpatine and GM Yoda are supposed to alternate each month, and we had Palpatine in February. So if that holds true, Yoda will be sometime later this month and EP will be in April.
