Is this good enough for a 5* Palp?

I was wondering if the rebel team I have is good enough for a 5* Palpatine.

and yes I know, my Scout is 4* but within two days, I'll get a 5* one.

Yes you got this. Gear Luke and Scout to G7 and you should have it np. If you can get Ackbar up in time that would be a major bonus to cleanse.
