Rewards in inbox for unknown reason

Last night, to my surprise, i recieved an mk3 carbanti in my inbox for no apparent reason. So when i mentioned this on my Discord guildchat it seems noone else had gotten this. When i logged on to my alt (in another guild) he had 250k credits and 25 3* training droids in 3 seperate messages also with no further message about why i recieved this. Now my question is, did anyone else got this or could someone tell me why i received this?

Last week? The devs gave out rewards a few times

This was the rewards that you didn't receive when they rolled the forum pop ups that came with a free carbanti and 100k.

Many accounts didn't receive them. My one account got them whereas my alt didn't. This was them running scripts to see who didn't get them in the first place
