TW not showing up

This is the first time that I have not seen the TW sign up. I have the current one we are "fighting" and nothing else.

I thought sign up and last phase overlapped.

Oh let's hope there is not another one this time around. Give us a break before the unofficial May 4th holiday. How I loathe the TW mode.
