Is use of an emulator permitted on my PC?

Before I suggest it to our members, is use of an emulator like Bluestacks or Nox permitted? I understand they (EA/CG) won't support issues that arise, nor should they. But, without hiring an attorney to wade through the TOS, is their use ok? Has EA/CG ever said one way or another?

With recent attention on gaming and "3rd party software" elsewhere I am concerned. As a leader I want to cover all bases if possible. (excuse extra post I have no luck with the edit - spam filter LOL)

yes its been said time and again they are fine to use but you will not get support
