Chief Nebit - Unfarmable for Crit DMG Mod Challenge

Heya, I'm relatively new to the game and am still working on some of the fundamentals. In particular, I'm still trying to knock out the Critical Damage Mod Challenge. I see a clear path to farming all of the Jawa's needed, except Chief Nebit - there are no nodes for farming this char. Has it always been this way, or was this changed at some point? Is it just me or does it seem like a problem that a character needed for a basic challenge is unfarmable?

    He is in squad arena store, where he always has been,

    It won't show a place to farm if it's already been fully farmed. I.e if you have already bought him from the arena store it won't show it in the "Find Shards" until refresh.

    This. And that's how I did it. JE was the hard farm but I got that too...in the stores.
