r2d2 7* without tank, is it possible?

Hi

But I'm building my Empire team as
Palpatine, Vader, Thrawn, TFP, Tarkin (using in Arena)

I already have everyone 7* except Thrawn, I thought Thrawn event will be before r2d2, but it seems not

Has this team a chance?
My mods are kinda weak, and gear is only 8.

You need 5 7* characters to get R2 to 7*, you only have 4.

Has this combination a chance? (If they re all 7*).
What gear would be needed? All g8 is too low? Thanks

I'd say your definitely good for 5* R2. I had way less when I unlocked him. As far as 7* goes you'll obviously need to up Thrawn and get everyone up to the highest level you are at the next R2 event. Vader and Palpatine are much more effective at G9-G10 and they do most of the work in the event.

Get 4-5 dot Mods on everyone. 5 is ideal but very expensive energy and credit wise. 4 will do the job just fine if they're the right ones.
