Will this gear be enough for luke?

STH - G11 all omegas
R2 - G11 + Number crunch zetas and all omegas
Old Ben - G9 all omegas
Leia - G8 hair trigger and rebel tactics omega
Farmboy luke - G7 no omegas

Can I pass luke event with this squad? Which leadership ability should I use?

I beat it with much less, you should be fine. If anything I'd say your Leia could use some more gear. She'll be useful for other things anyway, unlike farmboy who will never see another battle.
