Should enemies still get the leaders abilities even after the leader is dead?
I have fought battles where there were bonus attacks even after Phasma is dead. Defense up even after Chewbacca is dead. Unusually high evasion even after Luminara is dead. ETC.

I find it ridiculous. I think, if the leader gets knocked out, their effect should stop at the end of that round. 3 rounds, tops.
