Did they ever release a date or other info on when the TM rng was going to be changed?(other than the character with most initial TM yada yada yada).
Getting old using thrawn's TM swap and the character I give full TM to not going for another 3-4 moved(often costing me the battle).

To be fair it was stated in as a change in the update until it was removed, because that change wasn't happening THAT update.
It's true that it might never happen, just a total fluke - but it DID end up on a list that got published, someone's thinking it through.
