Does resistance still make sense to use for HAAT? I'm nowhere close to getting JTR so I would be willing to put a zeta Finn's leader ability.

They are good for p 2 &4 but Finns zeta is better for more than the tank raid. If you zeta Finn you won't regret it

Yep, good for P2 or P4, and also TB and TW. In fact it's one of the best zetas for TB, I don't think I've ever failed to clear every wave with Finn since I got it.

As long as you have good potency on Poe, it's pretty much impossible to lose.

Yeah, lightside TB you can pretty much 6/6 every mission they do, even in p6 if they are g8.

I would add good speed to Poe on that. If Poe can outspeed your fastest opponent, he will not only land the exposes, he will also remove everyone's tm. He can also land buff immunity on any pretaunting and/or auto taunting tanks, and since trooper will go next because of his unique, he can clear the pretaunt. Really easy to shut down enemy squads with a fast and potent Poe. Done right with good rng, they might never even get a turn.

And yes, they can still do very well in p2/4 of tank (you will need R2 or BB-8 in p4 to survive the airstrike). Finn is still a very good zeta.

I was talking about TB, where you're going to go first pretty much no matter what.
