What up ? If Nest goes first and use KC, after she daze and remove TM, will she also gain 40% TM for each enemy because they are now below full health ?

No it doesn't mean no protection necessarily. Some characters do damage than bypasses protection and also characters can gain protection back after they've already lost health, in both cases you can have enemies who are below full health but who have some protection.
And it definitely doesn't suck. She's already got enough going for her, she doesn't need a free turns to open an encounter. ;-)
