EPs g12 pieces, which one to pick first!? Help please!

Have enough GET(after getting 15 more hoda shards) to get one of two pieces for EP right now, which provides a bigger damage boost for EP, the piece which provides +110 tactics (how much does this translate into special damave?) Or the piece which gives the straight +140 special damage? Thanks!

Awesome so the tactics increase of 110 means his special damage is increased 110×2.4 or 264?

I believe it's 2.4 per point so yes, that seems reasonable. Feel free to correct me people if needed.

You'll also get some resistance thrown in as well, keeping Palp alive just long enough can be tricky after all.

If I had that choice I'd go for door number 2. Tactics.
