Can any character dispel health immunity debuff?

I saw some heroes can dispel negative debuffs with their special skill, but I heard there is a bug that you can't dispel health immunity. Is that true?

I think that was fixed but didn't check. The chars with anti-nerf abilities are Ewok Elder, Ackbar and can't remember the third.
