So I joined this current TW, as I've done for every single TW since the feature was launched, but when the 'Set Defense' phase started, I wasn't in. According to my fellow officers, 2 other players who never miss and I looked to have not signed up.
I've been writing with CS reps since the moment I spotted the bug, but they have been no help. Each email I get a new person, and their replies Ranged from: Telling me to contact the 'Game Leader', telling me to wait 2 hrs, telling me to reinstall the game, telling me to wait for the next game update, telling me that they're aware of the issue, and finally:
Sending me here directly and telling me to post, so if this is the wrong place for this, blame him and the email he sent me...
This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in the game, by far, and it's incredibly frustrating. Most of these reps don't know a thing about the game, and it's painfully obvious.
