Bring back Crystal Subscriptions

When Crystal subscriptions were removed, over a year ago, it was mentioned that they were being evaluated and we would get something similar in the future. Now days with the addition of Mod & Fleet Energy, 8 attempt hard nodes, and 25 crystal refreshes, I could really use a daily does of additional crystals to fuel the grind.

they spoke about it in an interview and they cannot bring it back because it violates a partner agreement. they are looking for a way to bring something back that doesn't violate this agreement.

I would throw them the 10 every 21 days if it came back in whatever iteration they did it.
