  For now report this to Answers HQ, to help get it on the radar. Have your guild members add to it so it will highlight the issue. I pinged Crumb early in the week but didnt hear back yet, as he has to get the information from other people.

  They went out, but not everyone got them. They are working through the people who didnt as fast as they can.
  
  You can also open a ticket with EA Help, as they have been informed. If that doesnt seem to be working, direct message Crumb with a ticket number and he will try to help.
