Is there a way to tell in game if a person in you guild is on a minor account?
We have tried messaging through "general" but get no response. Can minor accounts get direct messages?
We want to give this person the benefit of the doubt here and confirm whether or not they are on a minor account and either, cant see our chat or are choosing to ignore it.

they can however read member names so what you could try is change one of your names to have your discord id or try (members name add your name to discord) as your name and give them time.
