You have to burn through his protection, pretty far down into his health and then you can start spamming outrage. By then Grievous is probably halfway to enrage. You'll get maybe 2 or 3 escape chances if you're lucky. Maybe a couple hundred thousand damage. CLS can attempt escape 7-10 times and can do over a million each attempt.
Yes, it still works. But, there are easier methods. Notably CLS by himself, or CLS w/RHan. I prefer CLS w/Rhan and Hoda. No retreats until I try to conserve my toons for later parts

its possible but all my best offense secondaries are on a CD mod set so I stick with it and he hits hard when he does or doesn't crit.
