Can you play With Two different google accounts on the same device?

Yes. Just sign out of Google play and sign in again

Does it give you the option to select accounts? I tried but didn't get that option.

It doesn't work that way for me. I have 2 google accounts with profiles on the same device, and thus, separate game accounts. I have to log into those profiles and open the game in order to access the account for that profile. you don't get an account selection where you can just create a bunch of accounts.
