Like the question says, which one is better? I’m goin to be using nightsisters in arena and the sith raid. My team's going to consist of Asajj, Daka, zombie, and Talzin. Who should be the fifth?

For arena, Id go acolyte, which itself counters a couple of top teams.
For HSTR you'll definitely want Talia for P4. In P3 Spirit is better than Talia and works well, but the double debuff attempts from Initiate's basic make her the preferred 5th for that phase.
^this. (Also keep in mind that given the current p3 mechanics, low gear paper initiate is easier to get killed off along with Talzin to kickstart your Death Storm...)
Don’t worry, all 3 of them are pretty easy to gear, especially Acolyte. She doesn’t need any carbantis, stun guns, stun cuffs, or biotech implants. Spirit is also pretty easy, but she requires a few stun cuffs.
Not in deathstorm.
Initiate is still better there though.
Specual hits for 4pk plus, dispels and stuns.
Simple kit, holds well on auto.
Asajj lead- spirit
Raids- talia
Depends.
I've seen some people say to use Initiate. The videos I've watched say to use Initiate. But I for the life of me, I don't understand how Initiate could be better than Spirit. The videos I've watched show Initiate hitting for 4k up to 10k. Spirit hits for 20k every attack, removes tm, gives speed down all on basic. I just don't understand how Initiate and her wet noodle compares to Spirit throwing down more damage than CLS.
Not to mention you have to gear her up to get that big damage, which makes the run harder to set up in the first place.
