Gear 8 phoenix vs thrawn won!

I did it! 7 star thrawn! All gear 8 Phoenix with chopper. Only one omega ability. The rest were level 7. All Phoenix were only level 72 to 85. I lost hera and kannan, but won with the other three alive. No zetas.
It can be done to those who are discouraged!

Congratz. Mine were also g8 all omega but no zetas. Only took five or six tries.

Thanks for all the congrats everyone! I just promoted him. Now I can use him in raids. And arena. And TW. And TB. And grand arena. And ship arena. And pve.

Yes, I could do most of that before, but not raids.
This was the hardest legendary for me (besides chewie who I’ve not even unlocked yet).

Congrats! For future readers/attempters, was able to get him as well, all gear 8. Had to pull mods from arena team to do it. Omegas on most unique, no Zetas. All level 85. Probably 30 attempts, but I was close enough each time to keep trying again.

Congrats I did mine gear 8 omega basic and specials. You just need enough speed and some rng.

Congrats. This event’s key is mods, not gears.

Its both, but most people see G8 and don't have very good mods making the event really hard for them.

Congrats! Achievement unlocked!!! Thrawn is probably the best toon in the game. And as I have beat it with g8 I know how challenging that can be.
Throw zetas on him get his cap ship and use him everywhere!

Yep, already have a zeta on his unique, and I use his cap ship.😊

I did in 4-6 tries with g8 as I have better things to do. More omegas 5 and all lvl 85 all survived as well but not spending hours on a event to each his own.

Yes! I’m more impressed that I was able to do it with only one omega upgrade more than gear 8, as I’ve seen before.
