Especially during the 3PO event. You want people to spend, put the goods out there then.
Still waiting on that edit forum profile setting so I can change my name...

    It shows up randomly as it always did. They aren't purposely hiding it from you as soon as the event launched. No conspiracy here

    If you are really desperate you can refresh shipments multiple times

    This was more of a joke, but ok.

    Out of 10 refreshes, Wicket showed up 0 times. Pap and elder are everywhere on shipments.

    Weekly shipments has all 5 ewoks. 25 shards each.
