Do cp0 give the 30%hp 1st then r2 spread number crunch?

Or the other way around?

    I don't understand why it makes a difference? I don't see any stacking buffs.

    If there are and I'm missing something, my bet is that they are both calculated at the same time with base stats and then added to the respective stat

    Buffs do not count toward R2s stats in that way, number crunch is based on his personal stats, not buffed stats.
