I'm looking specifically at 3p0 "Bosses: -50% Defense, does not stack with Defense Down" but there are others that use this language, too (I know there's one about Speed Down). What exactly does that mean? If a toon has both Defense Down and 3 stacks of Confuse, what happens?

    It means the boss will have -50% defense if it is inflicted with defense down and confuse rather than -100% defense

    So basically, one of them is completely wasted? Whichever one is higher, wins?
