Lack of Raid Variety

Why are there so few raids? There seems to be so many iconic SW battles: Scarif, Yavin, Kashyyyk, Naboo, Geonosis, Hoth, Endor, Death Star, etc... and we are limited to basically 3 if you don't count territory battles. They all don't need to have different rewards or even great rewards, but why not add more raid variety to mix things up? Guilds can rotate through a better variety of raids rather than just spam the same 3 over and over again. Obviously fleet raids would need to be a thing as well. Worst case can't they just reskin the HAAT as a giant AT-AT or something to mix things up?

Raids take a lot of time, and planning to make. Its not easy to make a raid and you cannot make one overnight. You need to come up with phases, health, raid mechanics, testing teams, and a bunch of other things.

Not all iconic battles are raid worthy such as the battle of Kashyyk lacking a boss type enemy for each of the four phases. Most battles you mentioned are just alternate ideas for Territory Battles.

Reskinned raids would be lazy and boring
  • There’s definitely scope for looking at specific battles with TW rather than raids
Would tie in to the bonuses for unexpected characters from before too

The Sith Raid was planned. Well, I’ll be. 😳
