I think iconic characters should get periodic reworks to keep them viable. And they should release new toons to keep factions viable.
Right now, gg and mace are in most need of a rework. Most of the other jedi that died to ep in 5 seconds aren't to the level to deserve to get great reworks. Right now jedi are meta so it'll likely be a bit before they rework mace. Likely in nov when clone wars returns. Same for gg.
Though it'll likely be like the ep rework where you'll need a new toon to take full advantage of it. Likely a destroyer droid for gg and possibly more clones for mace.
But there is no reason to rework characters like cup, mob enforcer, or jedi counselor. And not every jedi needs to be op. I know some like a certain jedi but in realality yoda, mace, gk, and anakin were more powerful than most of the other jedi and the other don't warrant a A-team kit.
It feels like a lot of minions need some hell of a rework. Royal Guard, TFP, Magna garde, IG 86, etc... and some iconic characters as well such as Mace, GG, GK, JKA, etc... All of them have room for Zêtas or Omegas, like a "Target lock can't be cleanse" sentence in GG lead !

Reworks are very exciting when they happen. It always creates a huge buzz with gamechangers and the player base. It usually doesn’t mean a great influx of $$ but the morale boost to the players is surely just as valuable.
