Jedi Revan Event

I know they posted it was starting on the 31st, but there is no countdown in Events and usually they release character packs. Is this actually happening? I am close to finishing Mission, but will probably have to use some crystals to make sure I get her in time.

They usually release updates Wednesday evening so the event should be added then.
