1st) the issue has been fixed (at least as of 5am eat... Last shard is open)
2nd) turn in a ticket they will fix it for you.

Have you posted your ally code over on the Answers HQ thread? There won't be a universal fix, they'll be sending out the missing rewards individually to those that didn't receive them. Only way to get your missing shards is to be on the list over there. Nothing can be done here.

here the time zone is GMT, the event launched at 8am, i completed it by 8:10am, i received the crash, moments later, my brother had the exact same crash
Is there any feedback yet on when we will receive Revan?
It's not even 05:00 Dev time yet. If they have your ally code over at Answers HQ I'd imagine they'll be crediting the missing shards today. But they won't be in for another few hours yet.
