@Yotommy then be patient, . . . You won’t die by waiting a few more hours or a day or two. You know full well it has been addressed and is being looked into. Have some class man.
They do seem to have time to delete threads about it. Also they've started to close tickets on EA support site with a generic 'we're sorry we couldn't assist you today' messages.

Come on its very frustrating when you've put in the man hours to "painfully" grind character that you don't really want at 7*. If us players can make the effort for this game then why can't the Devs???

Forum moderators are different people than the QA Support who can correct problems like this.
If I had to guess, I'd say that the Devs were working on a script that would determine who has beaten the last tier of the Revan event, yet has fewer than 330 shards. Then it could add the missing number of shards to that player, and be done.
The time to develop and execute a script like that in the live game environment is probably less than the sum total of time it would take to manually go in and add shards to every impacted player. So...how about we let the Devs work efficiently and come up with a solution that will work for ALL impacted players, rather than demanding that they immediately do something that will overall take more time and resources (that they could then apply to something else).
Yea ok , when the event designer dev goes into work at 2 am in the morning to try trouble shoot this issue , instead of staying in bed , Yea, they really don’t care,

The megathread for ally codes at Answers HQ is very much still open. And individual threads might be getting merged with it to make sure people get their missing shards.

Nice fail there by the way.
