HSTR P1: bug or what?

Sometimes Nihilus attacks having approximately half turn meter... visual bug or real bug?
Did anyone else notice this?

    Are you sure he is not just getting to full TM, at the end of one of your turns? This can happen quick when in 4x speed.

    Also his stacking speed will make him really fast.

    Yes I’m sure, I reduced the combat speed just to check this.
    My opinion is that it can be a visual bug..
