Collecting Palpatine shards

this is my first time doing a legendary character event so i'm pretty new to this. i have completed the first 4 tiers for the palpatine event and that is all i can do for the event right now. when the event comes back would I be able to do the tiers that i have done again or would i start from where i left off?

Start from where you left off. You can only complete each tier once.

You will start from where you stopped, no replay for the first stages.
