Ok, this was the situation:

Enemies on the field:
Biggs, Han solo, ghost

My guys:
Hound, SF tie, KR Unmasked

It's my turn to reinforce:
I bring out Cassian with biggs as my target.

The big riddle: When my cassian makes it onto the field and dispels all buffs on the enemies... somehow.... he gets target locked, and biggs immediately re-taunts. How did my fresh reinforcement get hit with a target lock???

I looked at all of their skills. There is no skill where any of them cast target lock on an enemy as a counter to new enemy reinforcements or what-have you.

Anyone know what on earth target locked my cassian??
