  Sure it can under current matchmaking the top will remain on top and the bottom will remain on bottom.

  And you are suggesting that top shouldlnt be on top but instead they should make such a matchmaking that bottom are on top? Where is logic in that

  I'm confused, matchmaking pairs equal gp's? A good majority of my opponents have had better mods and more g12's and I'm still winning.
