Assuming 100% crit chance with your JTR team in p1, the breakpoint between whether an offense or crit damage set is better falls somewhere right around 1260 offense from primaries and secondaries with a maxed out Finn. If the amount of offense is close to that, the difference will be negligible.
However if the amount of offense is much lower than that, an offense set becomes much better than crit damage and if it's much higher than that a crit damage set will be much better. Crit damage triangle is preferred with either set.
In most cases though, your best bet is going to be whichever set you have better offense secondaries/primaries on.
