B1 and TW bonus

Do we know how B1 is effected by the TW bonus? Like if the instant destroy activates on him does it remove 8 stacks? Or all stacks? Or since he dies with one hit does he just never get the effect triggered? Does each stack removed trigger the 80% damage? Any clarification in this?

    I too would like to know this. I can see all of the possibilities as possible when it comes to how they could implement this. It's hard to determine anything concrete with B1 and "Destroy".
