GA initial autofill idea

Can we have grand arena initial auto-fill be determined by characters that are 'favorite' tagged when no nodes are filled? The current GA intiial auto-fill is based on the order of the roster from left to right possibly sorted by gp. A character that is favorite tagged can be a way for someone to fill the requisite nodes needed for GA and since we know what GA is to be expected the roster can be favorite and de-favorite way before a start of a GA saving someone who has entered the GA on the initial day the hassle of setting up their squad.

And for others the favourite tag is used to keep track of which characters to gear and farm - even if they are still only 4* / g1. Players use the tag in different ways.

    Current auto fill is fine.

A better suggestion would be to assign squads from the player's squad builder list.

I don't see why players, who don't set a defense in round 1 should have the benefit of a possibly strong auto-set defense with synergy teams, and the possibility to still attack and win the round. As I see it, the purpose of the auto-deployment function of round 1 is to give the opponent the chance to battle and actually play the GA and to win credits - nothing more.

You would still get mismatched squads because the auto-deploy algorithm would only know which toons you wanted, not how you wanted them assembled into squads.

Use the squad builder feature, that's what it's there for.

An even better suggestion would be to assign toons randomly selected from the player's roster. If the player is too darn lazy to set defense, they should get a steaming pile of Bantha pudu.

If you don't set defenses at all you should lose. The only reason for the autofill is so that opponents can still get rewards and work on quests and at least be able to play the game.

People need to stop trying to make the game easier for people that aren't willing to play it.
