Obviously not as good as Shore or Range....
However, what gear level does he need to be to handle all phases of TB (including P6 IPD)?
I’m assuming he needs Stormtrooper Bravado @ Omega and G11+?

Troopers lack of damage, Shore hits like a noodle while Storm hits way better and can expose if he doesn't crit. But besides that, he's not that marvelous and for the P6 IPD you'll prefer a good Shore that heals, grant max health and crit immunity. Especially if paired with Range.
