i want up place a post in the forums and want to add a photo but it keeps asking fo an irl not browse, how come i cant select a photo from my pc?

I want to put a post in guild recruitment , i tried copy and past, but no joy, i am obviously doing something wrong, also it wont add out swgoh link to the message.

you can upload the image to a filesharing website like tinypic.com or imgur or something and use that [.img] .....[/img] link
